Shipping policy

All orders are shipped 100% plastic free. Your order will arrive in a cardboard box with either hex wrap, kraft paper or dissolvable packing peanuts to protect your items. Stickers on the box and water activated tape are all 100% plastic free. 

We use Australia Post as the delivery service offering regular delivery and express delivery. 

Estimated Regular Parcel delivery times: 

• Same State 2-4 business days
• Interstate 3-6 business days

Estimated Express Parcel delivery times:

• Same State 1-2 business days
• Interstate 1-3 business days

These times are estimates only and are our of our control. Wellness Era cannot guarantee these times. Please allow longer shipping times over public holidays and the Christmas period.
